5. All-Ireland champions, but lagging behind the red and green armies

The form of Cork and Limerick has people talking about the two-way race for Munster and All-Ireland honours. And rightly so, as they were undoubtedly the team of the league.

It is probably of no consequence that the narrative is out there, as it will take a bit of pressure off Tipperary, but in real terms, Cork and Limerick look the part and will be a big test for Tipperary.
