Probably one of his worst performances in a Tipperary jersey in recent memory, absolutely nothing fell the way of the former Hurler of the Year against Dublin. He really struggled to get onto the ball, fumbling a number of possessions and was beat to a lot of ball by Eoghan O'Donnell, who to be fair is one of the best in the business. Match fitness is obviously yet to be found for Callanan who has limited game time under his belt, but it is concerning from management. No better man to turn it around though.
