St Mary's Newport reach regional finals in Junk Kouture competition

Lily Fraser, Eala Dhubh Junk Kouture

Congratulations to Lily Fraser and Orla Coffey, who are one of 50 entrants to reach the Regional Finals representing the South Region in this year's Junk Kouture.

Their design is called Eala Dhubh 'Black Swan' and is made from cardboard, paper, paint and an old oven rack for the middle of the wing. Her necklace is made from can rings and her headpiece from cable ties.

Best of luck, girls.
