TRAFFIC: Drivers need to know about these diversions from Monday
The M8 Junction 8 and Junction 9, Cashel
Resurfacing and road marking works will start from Tuesday on the M8 motorway.
The M8 southbound at Junction 8 will be closed on Tuesday, May 10 and Wednesday, May 11, between 7pm and 7am.
A diversion will be in place from Junction 8 Southbound via M8 Junction 8, onto the Upper Green, through Main Street and Cahir Road in Cashel and re-join the M8 at Junction 9.
The M8 northbound at Junction 9 will be closed on Thursday, May 12 and Friday, May 13, between 7pm and 7am.
Diversion in place from Junction 9 (Cashel) Northbound via M8 Junction 9, on to the R639 North through Cahir Road, Main Street, turn right onto the Friar Street, continue to Upper Green and re-join the M8 at Junction 8.
