If you are any of the above and you are interested in purchasing/renting a new one/two bedroomed home in a secure development in Thurles then Thurles Lions Trust Housing Association would like to hear from you.
Thurles Lions Trust are commencing a process which will, in the first instance, determine the demand for a housing scheme of one- and two-bedroom homes that would be designed for the “older” one- and two-person household. If there appears to be sufficient demand the next step will be to examine how such a development could be delivered.
At this stage there are no plans in place or even a site identified.
