Alice Carroll, Kilfeacle (pictured) and Margaret Tuohy, Golden were presented with Benemerenti Medals (Papal Awards) by the Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly in Golden Church on Sunday last.
Sacristans Awards
There was a brilliant turnout for two wonderful ladies in our parish last Sunday.
Margaret Tuohy and Alice Carroll received their awards in front of family and friends in Golden parish church and everyone joined their families in Golden Kilfeacle GAA complex for refreshments afterwards.
Huge congrats and well done to both ladies.
