Frank O'Rourke's exhibition of paintings continues at Clonmel library until this Saturday, December 3

Ballymacarbry artist Frank O’Rourke's exhibition of his paintings, kindly hosted by Clonmel Library, continues until this Saturday, December 3.

The exhibition consists of about 25 paintings completed during and since Covid and will include pieces of various sizes and subjects.

Frank is not strictly a professional artist but took up painting as a hobby in his retirement from Bulmers, and has sold paintings to buyers all over the country.

His fundamental aim is to match up a piece with someone who likes it and feels it will enhance their house or business. With Christmas rapidly approaching a unique, original piece of art makes a wonderful and lasting gift.

For this reason, while all pieces are available, they are not formally priced but are open to reasonable offers.

The artist attends the exhibition each afternoon from 3pm to discuss any piece or provide some pointers to anyone who may be considering taking up painting.
