A Sensory Santa's Grotto will be held in Clonmel for two days December 17 and 18
A Sensory Santa's Grotto will be open for two days , December 17 and December 18 from 10.30 to 5pm ecah day, in Clonmel.
The Sensory Santa's Grotto is enjoyed free of charge by families of children with sensory issues every year.
This year the event has been expanded with the help of Rotary Clonmel and Tesco Clonmel.
Each family can book a fifteen minutes slot and have their own time with Santa to take photos or play in the space, avoiding queues and the stress that can ensue.
The event is facilitated each year by Sally and Elke Wilson and a volunteer team of helpers transforming the South Tipperary Art Centre workshop into Santa's Grotto especially for the event.
