14: Full forward - Sean Dolan (St Rynagh's)

A very tough call between two St Rynagh's players, Sean Dolan and Aidan Treacy. Aidan Treacy had another very good year for St Rynagh's. He is a strong, physical player and represents all that is so good about the current Rynagh's team. He doesn't shy away when the hurling is raw but he is also a very good hurler and he got important scores from play and frees for them all year. He is a very versatile player who is used in several positions by St Rynagh's. Sean Dolan's, however, just edges it. His work rate and engine is a major part of the St Rynagh's success story. He puts in the hard yards, delivers hard hits for them at centre half forward, and elsewhere inspires all around him and wears his heart on his sleeve. He oozes physicality and is as important to St Rynagh's as any of their more pure, artistic hurlers.
