My name is Alana Barnes, I’m 19 years old and I live in Kinnitty, Co. Offaly. I’m doing a gap year and working full time in Kinnitty Castle Hotel- and I hope to do mental health nursing this coming academic year in Athlone.
I ran my own business where I renovated a food truck and ran it for the summer, I sold it last year, at the start of 6th year to focus on my Leaving Cert. This summer I hope to travel and enjoy the last few months of my year off before I start college!
