Age Friendly Roscrea have several events coming up.
Courthouse Cafe On Wednesday, 29th May at 11am in the Courthouse, we will have our Courthouse Café with David Kieran, Dementia Advisor for North Tipperary. The Café is a space for people living with memory loss, their friends, family and carers to meet and chat about the supports they need. All are welcome.
Sporting Memories On Friday, 31st May at 2pm we will have one of our very popular Sporting Memories events with Seamus Doherty discussing both Rugby and GAA. We look forward to seeing your memorabilia – programmes, medals, trophies, and pictures. And most of all we love the stories, the trip down memory lane! All welcome. Please spread the word!
Friday Club Every Friday at 2pm. All are welcome. Please note, on Friday, May 31st, 2024, the club will host a ‘Sporting Memories’ afternoon from 2pm-4pm - please join, all are welcome.
Ukulele Classes continue every Wednesday in the Courthouse – Beginners Class at 11am and Advanced Class at 12pm.
Book Club - The next Book Club will take place on May 30th at 3pm. This month is ‘The Gaybo Revolution’ by Finola Doyle O’Neill.
Rosie Greys The regular singing group ‘The Rosie Greys’ continue their sing a long every Wednesday afternoon at 3pm-4pm.
Rambling House - The next Rambling House takes place in the Courthouse on Wednesday, June 5th at 7pm. Please come and join us for music, storytelling and craic. Always promises to be a great night. All are welcome.
