Dan Bourke - For the second big game in a row, Dan Bourke was the outstanding player on the field. The Durrow speed merchant got Offaly going when they struggled early on. He got three quality points and his goal was breathtakingly brilliant, giving Offaly the launching pad to get home. He did make mistakes, not every pass came off and there were a couple of times when he could have passed to a man in a better position but he got on a huge volume of ball. He always took his man on, his pace was great, he caused Tipp so many problems and was the man of the match. Rating – 9.
