Residential farm in Offaly going up for auction in four lots this month
An online auction is to be held for four lots of a 33-acre residential farm in Offaly, perfect for those looking to develop farmland or property.
Tom McDonald & Associates, based in Portarlington, will put the scenic site up for auction on Wednesday, June 26 at 3pm via the LSL online auction Platform.
The land is located at Bishopswood, Portarlington, Co. Offaly (R32 NT67) and the four lots all promise road frontage.
Lot 1 is ideal for a small holding /equestrian farm with mains water and electricity access. It features an old Farmhouse in need of modernisation, with a number of outbuildings sitting on a total area of approx. 16 Acres
Lot 2 promises enticing site development potential on 2.4acres of land, and the lands are in permanent pasture.
Lot 3 is a large 14.6 acre lot, with mains water adjacent.
Lot 4 of the auction will give potential buyers a chance to buy the entire holding.
All intending bidders must register with Tom McDonald & Associates by 1pm on Monday, June 24. A bidding deposit will need to be paid prior to the sale.
