Search ends for 13-year-old boy as gardaí issue update

A missing person appeal for a 13-year-old boy from the midlands has ended, with gardaí issuing an update. 

Damien Delaney who was reported missing from Mullingar, Co. Westmeath since Tuesday, 16th July 2024 has been located safe and well.

A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance".

The missing person appeal was issued earlier this week as Gardaí were concerned for Damien’s well-being.
