Eastenders actress was the latest in a growing line of famous punters at equally famous Offaly pub JJ Houghs in Banagher recently.

Hot on the heels of Love/Hate and Game of Thrones star Aiden Gillen a few weeks ago, Shona McGarty, aka Whitney from Eastenders, popped by the cosy pub.

Proprietor Ger Hough shared a picture with the talented actress at the pub on social media. He captioned the picture: "Great to have @shonabmx aka Whitney pop in to J.J Houghs for a drink last night."

Shona featured on last week's RTE Late Late Country Special where she sang a duet, Me & Bobby McGee, with Donegal country crooner Daniel O'Donnell.
