Plans are advanced for the annul Christmas market in Ballycommon
BALLYCOMMON Organisation for Local Development are holding their annual Christmas Mini-market in Dun Eochla Project Centre – Eircode F35X622 - on Sunday, 1st December.
The market will run from 12.00 – 5.00 p.m.
Dun Eochla, the restored former Church of Ireland parish church, is an ideal setting for this event and the market is sure to attract plenty of savvy shoppers seeking unique and affordable gifts for loved ones.
The event organiser, Yvonne McDonald, says that the ethos of the market over the years remains the same, to support small businesses, local crafters and artists in the community. She added that there will be many local stalls on the day; selling hand-crafted gifts, home-baked goods, hand-knitted items, gift hampers, hand-made jewellery, local honey, original art work; lots and lots of ideas for Christmas gift lists.
Shopping locally is a great way for everyone to show their community spirit.
Pop in and join the community for a cup of tea/coffee. Support on the day will be much appreciated and everyone will be very welcome.
