A long diversion will be in place today (Wednesday, April 16) as a road in Offaly is closing for works.
According to Offaly County Council, the road from Bracknagh to Clonbullogue will be closed today.
It says there will be a temporary road closure of the R442-2 at Millgrove, Bracknagh.
The diversion route will take motorists through Kildare and into Rathangan and then on to Clonbullogue.
Offaly County Council says it apologises for any inconvenience caused.
