When did you first complete a parkun?

I completed my first parkrun on 24th August 2019 in 57 minutes.

What is your favourite thing about parkrun?

I found a new hobby through my parkrun journey. I couldn't run at all in the first parkrun, so I stopped doing it for about 3 years. From 2022 I started parkrun again, and now I'm getting faster and faster, and I really enjoy it, and love running. Parkrun is a great way to measure your personal growth.

How does it feel to have completed 50 parkruns?

It feels amazing! It's worthy of a celebration!

What is your favourite parkrun memory?

Doing regular activity on a Saturday morning with my husband Neil and 5 year old daughter Kayla as a family.

What words would you use to describe Mountlucas parkrun?

Friendly, beautiful, and a babysitter service! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the runners and volunteers (Kaylasitters) who help mind Kayla over the past few years, she really enjoys the time at Parkrun as well.
