Man dies suddenly after suffering medical emergency in Tullamore premises

A MAN has died after suffering a medical emergency in a town centre business premises in Tullamore on Tuesday evening.

It is understood the man became suddenly ill at approximately 7pm and two ambulances rushed to the scene.

He was taken from the premises by ambulance to the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore where he was pronounced dead.

It is understood that the man was aged in his early to mid thirties and was working locally.

It is believed that the deceased was a UK national.
