Gardai harvest CCTV after number of thefts in different locations in Offaly

Gardai in Offaly are using CCTV as part of their investigations into thefts in different locations in Offaly.

A quantity of clothing was recently stolen from Tesco's Birr. According to gardai, the theft happened at 5.50pm on Saturday July 26.

Gardai say they have harvested CCTV footage and are following a line of inquiry.

In a separate incident, a bottle of alcohol was stolen by a man from the filling station in Ferbane. The theft happened at 8pm in the evening on Saturday, July 26.

Gardaí say they have harvested the CCTV footage as part of their ongoing investigation.
