A three-bedroom home in Offaly has sold for well above the expected price after a bidding war during an online auction.. Situated at 4 Cor na Cille, Banagher, the terraced home with four bathrooms extends to 1,313 sq/ft and has parking in the front and a small yard to the rear.
It went up for auction on Thursday with an AMV of €125,000 however after the bidding opened at €159,000, two determined bidders drove up the price and it eventually sold for €183,000
