Hunt on for Offaly club's jerseys that 'went missing' during challenge match in Laois
The hunt on for an Offaly club's jerseys that went appear to have gone missing during a challenge match in Laois.
Coolderry travelled to Laois to play a challenge match in Portlaoise on Tuesday night last and came home without two of their jerseys.
Portlaoise GAA Club have put out an appeal to try and find the missing kit.
Taking to social media, the club informed its followers that two Coolderry jerseys, numbers 16 and 30, have been reported missing.
The post said, "Coolderry have been in touch and allege that these went missing from our dressing rooms while the senior hurling challenge between Portlaoise and Coolderry was being played on Tuesday night last. If anyone found the jerseys we’d appreciate their return, or if anybody has any information please contact the club secretary Secretary.portlaoise.laois@gaa.ie."
Coolderry will be back in action this weekend, possibly with their sub goalkeeper in a tracksuit top, against Tullamore on Saturday in Rath at 5pm.
