Offaly learner driver handed series of fines for multiple road traffic offences
An Offaly man was convicted and fined for multiple road traffic offences during a recent sitting of Tullamore District Court.
Damien Campbell, Ballyowen, Daingean was convicted and fined a total of €1,500 for five road traffic offences during the September 24 sitting of Tullamore District Court.
He was stopped by Garda Joseph Finan from Tullamore Garda Station, on January 13, 2024 on Snugborough Lane, Townparks, Daingean.
Judge Andrew Cody convicted and fined €750 for no tax, €300 for no NCT cert, €250 for no seatbelt, €100 for being a provisional learner driver unaccompanied by a qualified driver, and €100 for not displaying L plates.
