Leading company unveils plans to construct large new headquarters in Tullamore

A leading company has unveiled plans to construct a large new headquarters in Tullamore.

K&J Townmore Construction intend to apply for permission for the development at Sragh Industrial Estate, Tullamore.

The development will consist of the construction of a two-storey construction company headquarters building.

The proposed development includes administration, meeting rooms, workstations, storage and welfare facilities.

It also includes an entrance canopy to the front, a detached single storey storage shed to the rear and a 45 space car park with three Sheffield bike parking stands to the front of the site.

The plans also include a secure yard to the rear for the storage of materials and plant, a new vehicular entrance gate, signage and fencing to the north and south boundaries of the site.

It also includes all associated landscaping, drainage and site development works.
