'Gorgeous girl with a beautiful smile' - Tributes paid after passing of young girl from Offaly
Tributes have poured in after a young girl from Offaly passed away recently, leaving many people heartbroken.
Megan Devine was from Brosna View, Dernagun, Pullough, Offaly and died on October 10, 2025, peacefully with her family, in the loving care of the staff of the ICU Ward at Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.
She was predeceased by her beloved aunty Samantha Devine and Granddad Paddy Guinan.
Megan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving parents, Catherine, Joe, Johnathan and Andrea, sister Ella, brothers Sean and Max, uncles, aunts, grandparents, cousins and her friends in Coineall House, Clara.
Heartfelt messages have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and loved Megan, with one mourner writing,
"Deepest condolences to all of Megan’s family , thinking of you all at this sad time , Megan was a gorgeous girl with a beautiful smile....may she rest in peace xx".
Another message said, "Deepest condolences to the devine family on your sad loss of megan she was beautiful inside and outside her smile could light up the world may she rest in peace".
"My deepest condolences to Megan's family and friends, at this incredibly sad time. May she rest in heavenly peace and her memories live golden forever," another person said.
