An Offaly estate agent has won a prestigious National Award.

DNG Kelly Duncan, based in Tullamore has won the prestigious award as DNG Branch of the Year 2025 in the Midlands Region.

The award is sponsored by Realforce and was presented at the DNG National Awards ceremony which took place at The Curragh Racecourse in October.

From insights into the future of Ireland’s property market, to the latest developments in the DNG exclusive partnership with Hamptons International, the event delivered a dynamic mix of knowledge, innovation and inspiration.

The Awards Ceremony brought together over 150 delegates from DNG offices nationwide.  It was a vibrant day of celebration and connection; while recognising excellence, dedication and professionalism across the DNG network.

Established in 2002, DNG Kelly Duncan is one of Offaly’s fastest growing estate agents and recipient of previous awards recognising its high standards of service and extensive local property knowledge across the county.

Speaking after receiving the award, Philip Kelly, Managing Director of DNG Kelly Duncan, said, “it’s a privilege to be recognised in our community. Since opening in 2007, we’ve worked hard to build a trusted practice here in Tullamore, combining local expertise with the strength of the national DNG network. This award is a credit to our team and the clients who continue to place their trust in us.”

The awards continue to highlight DNG’s commitment to excellence in estate agency and recognises offices and individuals who consistently deliver results and outstanding client service.
