Gardai confirm man due before the courts following incident at Nowlan Park on Sunday
Gardai have confirmed that a man was arrested and charged following what they described as a public order incident at a sportsground in Kilkenny on Sunday afternoon.
Gardai say the man that was arrested is in his 40s.
Gardai say that following his arrest, the man was charged and is scheduled to appear before the courts at a later date.
Gardai added that as the matter is now before the courts, there is no further information available at this time.
They added that investigations are ongoing.
