Kilcormac-Killoughey fan stopped leaving match as gardaí nail them for two offences
A 'Faithful' supporter leaving Nowlan Park on Sunday was swiftly nabbed by gardaí and detected for two major road traffic offences.
Kilkenny gardaí posted an image of the traffic stop on social media and couldn't help but take a savage dig at the Offaly hurling champions following their defeat to Kilkenny kingpins Ballyhale Shamrocks.
The Kilkenny Garda Facebook page said the driver had "an Offaly bad plan" heading to the match in Kilkenny as they explained:
"One supporter from the Faithful County came away with nothing from the clash with Kilkenny's Ballyhale Shamrocks and less from his clash with Kilkenny RPU.

"He'd omitted insurance and tax from his travel pack for the day. At least on conviction he's guaranteed to get 6 points, which would have been a great help to his compatriots on the scoreboard," they said in their post.
