A 23-year-old Cloghan man was convicted of assaulting another man in Dooly's Night Club, Birr during the November 5 sitting of Tullamore District Court.
Carl Coughlan, Ballyshane Cloghan committed the offence on July 14, 2024.
Mr Coughlan brought €2,500 to the court sitting in compensation for the offence. Judge Andrew Cody fined €300, three months to pay.
