Offaly-based travel counsellor part of award-winning national team

Lorraine Wynne who runs their independent Travel Counsellors business in Offaly is part of the Travel Counsellors Ireland team that has won Best Long-Haul Agency for the second year in a row at the 2025 ITTN Irish Travel Trade Awards.

The prestigious awards, hosted annually by Irish Travel Trade News (ITTN), celebrate excellence, innovation and customer care across Ireland’s travel industry.

Headquartered in Mahon, Cork, Travel Counsellors Ireland has more than 80 independent business owners nationwide and is part of a global community of over 2,500 Travel Counsellors across six countries. The company has become known for delivering highly personalised service, expert travel advice and trusted leisure and corporate travel management.

Lorraine, who has been running their independent travel business in Offaly since 2015, said: “I am so proud to be part of a team that has been recognised on a national stage. Winning Best Long-Haul Agency reflects the care, personal service and attention to detail we give every client. Being able to run my own business here in Clara while having the support of such a strong community, is incredibly rewarding. The 2025 ITTN Irish Travel Trade Awards took place at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin on Friday, 28 November.
