Community draw recognises dedication of volunteers in Offaly town

PEOPLE attending the Pebble Lodge and Coinneal House Day Services, run by the Muiriosa Foundation in Clara, recently organised a Christmas raffle to support the Clara Christmas Lights. Their efforts raised €525.

Congratulations to the winners1, Christmas hamper: Tara Larkin; 2, Kellyann Henry; 3, Bobby and Lucy Meehan.

A special thank you to Fred Kilmartin Ltd, Ballinasloe, for sponsoring the main hamper, which also included a voucher from the Brewery Tap in Tullamore.

Thanks also to John McEvoy Plumbing Services and Rabbitee's Hardware, Clara for their generous contributions to the second and third prizes.

Everyone from Pebble Lodge and Coinneal House Day Care services were happy to organise the raffle and support this initiative and recognise the dedication of volunteers who make the amazing Christmas lights display possible each year.

Thanks to all who bought tickets, donated prizes and supported this wonderful community effort in any way.
