It was a spectacular night for all involved as Rhode GAA and LGFA held their 'Rhode Goes To Hollywood' fundraiser in the Tullamore Court Hotel on Saturday, March 14.
The event was part of a major fundraising drive for Rhode GAA and LGFA in aid of a development which is set to include state of the art dressing rooms and facilities on the newly acquired club grounds.

The Oscars-style Awards Ceremony which was attended by over 700 people including 1982 All-Ireland SFC winner Seamus Darby among other local GAA figures proved to be a major success.

That success was also reflected in the fundraising with the club collecting over €300,000 in total as the community banded together to support the new development and facilities.
