Dimma’s Books at the Vincent's SVP shop on Church Street in Roscrea is looking for booklovers who could give a few hours each week to help, shelve and put in order the 5000+ plus books for sale.

In return the honorary librarian and bookshop director for SVP, George Cunningham, offers the volunteers direction as to antiquarian books and book lore with informal meetings and contact with rare books.

Dimma's Books, named after the Roscrea monk who produced the Book of Dimma, is run by Mr Cunningham, who is a famed historian and author.

If you are interested contact georgencunningham@gmail.com or text to (087) 7926991.

Dimmas Books raises much needed funds for SVP as well as giving book lovers lovely books at rock bottom prices.
