Offaly minor footballers make one change for big knockout game

Defender returns to starting line-up
OFFALY have made one change for Tuesday evening's big Leinster Minor Football Championship quarter-final against Meath in Tullamore.
James Slevin of St Rynagh's returns to the defence after missing the very impressive win over Westmeath in their final group game a couple of weeks ago – Slevin had done well in earlier rounds.
Tullamore's Jake Harvey is moved back into the attack with Oliver Goulding on the subs bench. Apart from that, Offaly have the same team starting as they enter the business end of the affairs.
They have done very well so far, recovering from a first round loss to Dublin with very convincing wins over Longford and a fancied Westmeath.
Knockout football will be the litmus test for them but they are playing well and look to have decent prospects. Meath finished third in the other strong group and had a big win over Wicklow to qualify for the quarter-finals. You can never tell with minors and the first priority for Offaly is to be competitive and see where this takes them. Their form is very good and confidence will not be an issue for them after their last two wins as they bid to return to the semi-finals.
The big game has a 6.30pm throw in.
