It was only the tenth ever ace at the hole at TPC Sawgrass.
And when he got up to the hole, he threw his ball into the crowd and there was a mad scramble for the valuable souvenir.

It put Shane right in contention midway through the third round of a severely weather affected tournament.
Earlier on Sunday, at the end of his second round, the Offaly golfer birdied 17 and 18 to make it inside the cut. He had hovered on the cut mark throughout the round.
Earlier in his third round, before his hole in one, Shane had birdied his fifth and seventh holes to get within four shots of the lead.
