A body has been found in the search for a missing 20-year-old man.
Police issued an appeal to find Nico McCann, from Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, who had last been seen around 11.15pm on Friday in Whiterigg Place in the town.
Around 1pm on Sat, 13 July, the body of a man was discovered in a wooded area at the rear of Broompark Crescent in Airdrie.
He has been formally identified as 20-year-old Nico McCann who was reported missing on Friday.

At 1pm on Saturday, the body of a man was discovered in a wooded area behind the nearby Broompark Crescent.
He was formally identified as Mr McCann.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
