Police have recovered a stash of class B drugs worth nearly £150,000.
The cannabis cultivation was found in a property in Grantley Gardens in the Shawlands area of Glasgow at around 5.40pm on Monday.
It has a street value of £144,000.
Police have now launched an appeal as they bid to trace those responsible.
Detective Inspector David Bell said: “This is a substantial recovery and underlines our commitment to the serious organised crime taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“Drugs cause misery in our communities and we will use all resources at our disposal to disrupt the cultivation and sale of illegal substances.
“Information provided by the public is vital in helping us continue to do this.”
Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 2851 of August 12, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
