A cyclist has died five days after a collision involving a car.
The crash happened on Polnoon Street in Eaglesham, East Renfrewshire, at around 10am on Thursday January 16.
The cyclist, a 74-year-old man, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
Police said he died on Tuesday.
Officers have appealed for information about the collision, which involved a blue Fiat 500.
Sergeant Jack Swindells said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died.
“Inquiries remain ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we continue to appeal to anyone who has yet to speak to us to get in touch.
“I am also asking for anyone with dashcam to review the footage and pass on any relevant images which could assist our investigation.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0830 of January 16.
