Fire crews are in attendance at a West Lothian premises that went up in flames on Thursday afternoon.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) was called to the building on Main Street, Blackridge at around 4.25pm on Thursday.
SFRS said at around 9pm it has two appliances and one special appliance in place, with one main jet currently in use.
Police Scotland was later called to the scene at 5.40pm.
The force says the street is likely to remain closed for a number of hours and residents nearby should keep windows closed and urged the public to avoid the area.
An SFRS spokesperson said: “We got the call at 16.25, two appliances on scene and a high reach appliance on scene just now.
“We have one main jet in use.”
