A road has been closed in Glasgow due to a fire at a recycling centre.
Emergency services were called to London Road due to a fire at a premises at about 8pm on Wednesday.
The road is still closed from Methven Street to Maukinfauld Road as fire crews continue to battle the fire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service posted to social media: “We have six appliances, a high reach appliance and specialist resources at a fire affecting a recycling centre on London Road in Glasgow.

A statement from Police Scotland said: “London Road, Glasgow, is closed from Methven Street to Maukinfauld Road due to a fire at a premises which was reported around 8pm on Wednesday September 10 2025.
“Emergency services are in attendance.
“Residents are advised to keep their windows closed. Motorists should avoid the area if possible.”
