A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in Kirkcaldy.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.
Police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred in a woodland between Dunnikier Way and Hendry Road on Thursday.
A Police Scotland statement said: “Officers received a report that the sexual assault occurred in woodland between Dunnikier Way and Hendry Road around 2.30pm on Thursday, 11 September, 2025.”
“Enquiries are ongoing and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
