One person has been taken to hospital and a road is closed after police were called to reports of someone injured in a Fife village.
Emergency services went to the scene on High Street in Newburgh on Wednesday morning.
Police said the injured person has been taken to hospital and officers remain at the scene.
The High Street is closed while emergency services deal with the incident.
Officers have urged people to avoid the area.
