Police searched two planes at Glasgow Airport on Monday morning in connection with an “ongoing investigation”.
Police Scotland officers attended the airport, near Paisley, and has since said there is no risk to the public.
The exact nature of the incident is unclear.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On the morning of Monday, 2 February, 2026, officers carried out enquiries on two aircraft at Glasgow Airport in connection with an ongoing investigation.
“There is no risk to the public.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
The airport said the incident is not ongoing and reiterated that there is no risk to the public.
