British Transport Police (BTP) have released CCTV images of a man they are trying to identify following an “incident” on board a train last month.
The incident took place between 11.30pm and 11.55pm on Monday January 19, on board a train between Shettleston and Airdrie stations.
Police described the man as a white male of medium build, aged around 30-40, and with “buzz cut” brown hair.
He was wearing a black puffer jacket, black trousers and red trainers, and spoke with a strong Glaswegian accent.
BTP said officers believe he may have information that could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man, or has any other information, is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 2600007667.
Alternatively, they can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
