A man has been charged in connection with a serious sexual assault on a teenage boy in Paisley.
The incident happened on Meetinghouse Lane in the centre of the town at around 8.15pm on Tuesday.
Police said that a 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged.
He is expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court in due course.
Detective Inspector David Hardie said: “I’d like to thank the members of the public and local community for their support and assistance during our inquiries.”
