A woman has been charged in connection with a fatal crash in 2024.
Scott McFadden, 38, was a passenger in a Volkswagen Golf which struck an unoccupied parked car on Clune Brae in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, on December 16 that year.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 52-year-old woman police said was driving the vehicle was arrested in December 2024 and released pending further inquiries.
Police said she was charged in connection with the incident on Wednesday and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Pc Robert Mackie said: “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Scott at this time, who are being supported by officers.”
