Nick Haughton scored from the halfway line as Chris Jolley and Gavin Massey bagged doubles in Fylde’s 5-2 Vanarama National League win over Aldershot at Mill Farm.
Haughton’s spectacular effort came after 26 minutes before Jolley and Massey, with his first Fylde goal, put the Coasters in command.
Josh Barrett and James Henry, poking home his sixth goal of season from Christian Maghoma’s brilliant pass, got Aldershot back in it in the final five minutes of the first half.
But Fylde wrapped up only their second win in 12 games as Massey fired home from the outside of the box.
Haughton set up Jolley for his second after 66 minutes but Fylde remain in the bottom four.
