Scott Hogan scored late on for the Dons but the visitors eased to a first win in four games.
MK Dons missed the best early chance as Dan Crowley hit the crossbar, and they took the lead in the 27th minute when Orsi bundled in after Fleetwood failed to clear Crowley’s cross.
Fleetwood equalised late in the first half as Virtue poked home Shaun Rooney’s cross.
The Cod Army took the lead in the 49th minute when a short corner ended up at the feet of Bolton, who fired past Connal Trueman.
Fleetwood scored again just before the hour when a quick free-kick released Marsh who charged forward to score.
Rooney’s cross then teed up Devonport to tap home a fourth for Fleetwood, with Hogan’s fine volley from Laurence Maguire’s long pass a late Dons consolation.
