Wealdstone extend winning run at expense of out-of-form Yeovil

Yeovil’s slump continued with a 2-0 home defeat to in-form Wealdstone in the National League.

Second-half goals from Dominic Hutchinson and Max Kretzschmar earned the visitors a third straight victory in all competitions and handed the Glovers a fourth loss in five outings.

Both teams struggled to create chances in the first half at a wet and windy Huish Park but the Stones struck in the 58th minute when Hutchinson lashed in following some good work out wide from Sak Hassan.

Wealdstone goalkeeper Dante Baptiste spread himself well to deny Tahvon Campbell an equaliser and soon after Kretzschmar stroked home from inside the area to clinch a comfortable away win.
