Blackpool made it five games unbeaten in Sky Bet League One with a 4-0 victory over 10-man Rotherham at Bloomfield Road.
Josh Bowler, Danny Imray, Ashley Fletcher and Tom Bloxham were all on the scoresheet to polish off a bright end to 2025 for Ian Evatt’s side.
The Seasiders’ current run began with a 3-0 win in the reverse fixture in South Yorkshire earlier this month, while that result also spelled the start of an ongoing five-match losing streak for the Millers.
Bowler’s opener came after 11 minutes, with his attempt from the edge of the box sneaking past Cameron Dawson.
Imray doubled the lead eight minutes later as the wing-back fired a shot across the face of goal.
Matters became worse for Rotherham after the break, with Jamal Baptiste being handed a straight red card in the 58th minute.
Fletcher quickly made the most of the man advantage as he added his 14th goal of the campaign in all competitions, before Bloxham rounded things off in stoppage time.
